The project involved the re-location of the business to a new site on a business park on the outskirts of Stokesley which would provide more than adequate office and warehouse space and also allow the further expansion of the business.
The completed development provided a high quality, low maintenance, durable, efficient building which was modern in appearance.
The larger out of town site has also allowed improved vehicular access for deliveries to and collection from the warehouse without the need for heavy vehicles to drive through the centre of Stokesley.
