Project Brief: The construction of three retail units and two business units on a reclaimed site in Guisborough. Teigh + Co had also been appointed to manage the demolition of an existing foundry on the site as part of a separate enabling works package.
The works had to be completed to a tight programme to allow the retail units to be shop fitted by the tenants and open for business well in advance of Christmas 2017.
Project Summary:
The project was completed on time with the retail units fully let to Marks & Spencer, B&M and Pets at Home.
