Project Brief: The project involved the construction of a new surgery to provide services for 7,000 patients as well as a pharmacy shell unit and expansion space for the future growth of the healthcare services offered within the centre.

Project Summary:

The building was completed on time and to budget and delivered a first class primary care facility which provided a long term solution for the practice with the expansion space available whilst also enabling a wide range of services to be provided to the local community.
