Project Brief: The construction of 21nr high quality apartments in the market town of Hexham along with all of the associated external works and communal areas.

The apartments were constructed over three floors and in two blocks around a central courtyard area.

Project Summary:

The project was completed to a very high standard for some extremely discerning purchasers. A testament to the quality of the finished product was the rate at which the properties sold when finally released.
